DOA Kids
A Different Experience for Little Smiles
A child's first relationship with the dentist can shape their oral and dental health habits for years to come.
That is why DOA Kids is about more than treatment. We have created a special space where children can feel at ease, learn with curiosity and get to know a visit to the dentist as a positive experience.
A dental experience where anxiety gives way to trust, and nervousness to curiosity... Because we believe healthy smiles begin in childhood.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book my child's first dental appointment?

A check-up is recommended when the first tooth appears and by the first birthday at the latest. After that, a routine check-up every 6 months is usually enough; children at higher risk of decay may need more frequent follow-up.
Baby teeth fall out anyway — do they really need treatment?

Yes. Baby teeth are important for chewing, speech development and for permanent teeth to come in at the right position. Untreated decay can lead to pain, infection and problems with the permanent teeth underneath.
What is a fissure sealant?

It is a protective coating applied to the deep grooves on the chewing surfaces of the back teeth, helping to reduce food buildup and decay in these areas. It is painless and quick.
Can I stay with my child during the examination?

Yes. Especially with young children, the examination often goes more smoothly with a parent's support.
What if my child is scared?

That is completely normal. Our approach at DOA Kids lets children get used to the environment at their own pace; procedures are explained in age-appropriate language, and the first visit often starts simply with getting to know each other.
